Podcast

On Thursday Katie and I met at Panera to discuss the podcast as well as future projects. For the podcast we decided that we would split up the work the following way:
Katie will talk about why we are using PBL and what have we done so far.
Rebecca will talk about where we are heading
Then Katie will send Rebecca her part of the podcast, Rebecca will combine them together and add the music into the podcast (thinking of rain music since we are weather related!), then will send it back to Katie for any changes or concerns.

  1. Our big project for our class is creating a weather station. With this weather station, our class will be able to predict and record the weather while understanding each different part that is in a weather station. Each week our class will learn a new part of the weather a station and be able to create that part. They will then learn how to read and interpret the tool while learning about it. Our end goal is to have all the parts of a weather station created in our classroom therefore all the students will be able to predict and record weather correctly.
